Information you provide

You may upload a resume PDF or paste resume text into the tool. The ATS scoring logic processes the resume in your browser.

Gemini API key

If you use the AI rewrite feature, you provide a Google Gemini API key. The key is stored in your browser's local storage by this site. It is not intentionally uploaded to our own server.

AI processing

When you use AI rewrite, resume text is sent directly from your browser to Google's Gemini API using the API key you provide. Google's own terms and privacy practices apply to that processing. Review Google's current documentation before submitting sensitive information.

Cookies and local storage

The current tool uses browser local storage for the Gemini API key. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver the website.

Advertising and analytics

If Google AdSense, Google Analytics, or other third-party services are added later, this policy must be updated to accurately describe those services, cookies, consent mechanisms, and data processing.

For privacy questions, use the contact information on our Contact page.

This policy is a website template and is not legal advice. Update it to match your actual services, jurisdiction, vendors, analytics, advertising, and data practices.
